I decided on the Reloj Captain Willard SD1970 after some research. The ordering process was simple enough on their website. It shipped out after a couple of days and took 12 days to arrive in Barcelona. The packaging was adequate; the watch came in a branded box. The watch itself feels very robust, the 316L stainless steel is well finished, and the ceramic bezel has a satisfying click. The NH35 movement is running consistently at +5 seconds a day, which is perfectly acceptable. The lume on the dial is quite strong and lasts through the night. I also appreciate the solid end links on the bracelet. The only minor point is the clasp could be a bit more substantial, but it's not a deal-breaker. Customer service wasn't needed, so I can't comment there. Overall, a fantastic watch for the money.
